About
”My name is Julia Ehrlich and I am the Founder of the CHEERBOD Challenge which is specifically for those busy, high-achieving women that are looking to shred LBS in 12 weeks with my unique FUN fitness to confidently tone their body in <28 minutes remotely or from home.
There are so many busy women that work at cooperate, executive level, or just plain demanding jobs. They think about fitness but do not get around to it because many times, you think you have to go to the gym for an hour & a half in order to accomplish those goals. Once you get there, there is no structure to the workout, because let's face it... it is boring.
I want to share with women that they can get achieve their goals with my FUN, high-energy, and time-effective CHEERBOD Challenge when they are having fun, as that is the only way to stay consistent. I have always loved educating about nutrition [and] fitness, and wanted to show adults a different & fun way of working out instead of the same ways to exercise that they already know. Throughout my years of high school winning back-to-back state cheerleading championships, 3rd in the Nation with my team, Cheering at CU Boulder, Founding the Boulder Buffs Club Cheer Team at CU, and personal training a handful of clients in between for their fitness & nutrition needs… I learned that within the short amount of time for fitness people have throughout the week, everyone wants something FUN where they don't feel like [they’re] working out. So, I have made it my mission to share with High-Achieving women that this is possible through my CHEERBOD Fitness. I’m super excited to continue sharing how this type of fitness impacts people’s lives in achieving their desired goals!”
What do you think have been the biggest barriers you have faced so far in achieving your goals?
”The biggest barrier with starting your own business is getting the clients & business that you need. And that all stems from communication, networking, and marketing. It motivates me to concisely present how I can share a new angle of Fitness with High-Achieving bust women and form transparent relationships in order to grow my business with the supportive clients that want to be a part of the awesome community! With that authenticity, the marketing does itself in establishing those relationships!”
What would you tell a younger version of you?
“Don't be afraid to FAIL! Growing up I was cautious & was scared to be wrong, especially in my classes because I didn't want to be judged if I said something wrong. Although it wasn't until after college that I learned it was okay to take risks & learn from small failures here and there. This is when the real learning takes place so that we are able to grow.”
What advice would you give to another woman who is trying to break into the same industry you are in?
“Use your resources to your advantage! You would be surprised as to how supportive your social circle is and the resources that they are trying to share if you just form authentic connections. The more support you share with others, chances are the more giving and sharing of resources people will be. Also, find a mentor. This will put you miles ahead of others because mentors have provided proven results & [will] be able to guide you faster to achieve your goals.”
Final tips/advice:
“One of my mentors mentioned this, "You are not actually confused on what to do, you just need the courage to do what you know is right!" I have been stuck in certain aspects of business where I feel like I have been lost. However, joining a community of supportive people has been a game changer to help me achieve what I know is right. The fact that providing longevity to people’s lives with FUN CHEERBOD Fitness is what is right and I am excited to share that anyone can achieve their goals with this mindset!
Keep a positive & healthy mindset & you can achieve the unthinkable....”
I totally agree with Julia’s mission of getting busy, high-achieving women interested in working out, after a long day at work this is the last thing you want to think about and it does not normally feel fun. Making working out fun is definitely an important key in that process. I think that having a mentor to look up to is also key, so I love that she brought that up as well as using your resources! You would be surprised how far they can stretch sometimes. You can probably already tell that Julia is well on her way to building her fitness empire, below you can see how you can follow this journey and connect as well if you are interested in hearing more about fitness/nutrition!
